BluBen Navida Cottage is an 8 bedroom homestay located in Upper Sichey, Near District Court, Gangtok. The property spans across 3 floors, and has a lobby, and a common area/lounge for guests. There is dine-in/ room service available. The property offers veg as well as non-veg food, that includes, Indian, Chinese and Local Cuisines. It is located only 200 meters from the nearest taxi stand. The nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri Junction which is located around 110 kilometers from Gangtok, and the nearest airport is Bagdogra Customs Airport which is about 120 kilometers. The property is centrally located, with various conveniences and essential services are around 15 minutes away from the property.

1. No Hotel Tolerates guests who are drunk, rude, and has absurd behaviour. Do not shout and watch TV in high volume which may disturb someone else staying in the hotel.
2. Guest will be held responsible for any loss and damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
3. Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk while leaving the hotel. Also, personal locks are not permitted to be used by the guest to lock the room. In case the key is lost or damaged, a charge/fine will be imposed on the guest.
4. We would request you to respect the signboards in the hotel premises. Please check with the hotel staff at the time of check-in whether you are allowed to smoke in the room or not and location of designated smoking area in the hotel premises.
5. Visitors are normally prohibited in the rooms. They can be met in the restaurant/garden area.
6. Gambling and use of contraband items is strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms and premises.
7. To avoid inconvenience to you and fellow guests in the hotel, kindly use water judiciously at all times.
8. Washing of clothes is strictly prohibited, and if found, a fine of Rs. 3000/- Shall be levied on the guest.
9. Hanging/drying of clothes or other articles on the window or on the window sill is strictly prohibited.
